Shipping Policy

We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you when expected, please read the shipping policy below.

Business Shipping Hours:

Monday – Friday, 9AM – 12PM CST, excluding national holidays. We see clients everyday and staff personally wraps and ships orders during work days.

All hair systems take 15-30 days to complete. Hair systems are shipped once customer approves color, cut, and style. Tracking information is sent the following business day.

Once the hair system is completed. It's then handed off to Cecilia at The Upper Hand Salon in River Oaks Houston, TX. Client has to approve hair system before shipping occurs.

Hair systems ordered after company hours will be processed the next business day. Items ordered on weekends, will be processed the following Monday.

All items are shipped FedEx Express and a signature is required upon delivery.

Expedited Shipping Policy

For any reason your hair system is behind schedule and needed on a specific date, the client will need to pay for expedited shipping. Invoice will get sent to e-mail on file. All hair systems, color, and styling are done on schedule and the schedule can get interrupted due to natural disaster, sickness, and closings. We ask clients to design and/or order hair systems months in advanced to when needed. 

FedEx Expedited Shipping Policy

FedEx 2Day is a guaranteed 2 business day delivery service. Our FedEx expedited shipping option does not deliver on the weekends. Orders shipped on  Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Orders shipped Friday will be delivered Tuesday. We do not ship on weekends.

International Shipping 

If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, is 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, is not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our hands.

For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we will not refund the amount of the products and will not refund shipping cost. An invoice will get sent to buyer to re-ship.

We do not provide a return shipping label within our packaging as return international shipments are the customer’s responsibility. TCC Hair Loss Clinic is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to TCC Hair Loss Clinic.

Sales Tax

Texas shipments pay 8.25% sales tax at the time of checkout. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states. (TAX FREE ON ALL ORDERS THE MONTH OF 01/2020)

FAQs 
      1. What are your plans around COVID-19?

        A. As of, March 16, 2020 we will not have in office consultations. All hair system designs will happen via FaceTime, Google Hangouts, phone and/or e-mail

        B. Business will resume with the exception of personal contact. Design and consultations will happen via phone and/or online. Coloring, cut, and styling with still remain with our hair stylist however, clients will not be there in person. Clients will approve color, cut, and style via video conference and or text

        C. To encourage social distancing, we will mail all clients a free soft measuring tape if the client does not have one at home. This allows clients to measure their scalp with a Hair Systems Specialist

        D. Hair systems will get mailed to everyone. Even those who live near to the office in Houston, TX. Signature is required on all packages

        E. Shipment happens every Monday and Thursday of each week. Approval before shipment will happen via FaceTime, Google Hangouts, phone, or e-mail before shipment

        F: Although our hair strands are from a country in Europe, we hand select hair from women that not only have healthy hair but are physically healthy. We are taking extra precaution with our company standards in conjunction with laws around social distancing and cleaning. 

        G: Curly hair systems are permed in our Guangzhou, China office. Our perm machines sit in that office and our staff and facility have been cleared from COVID-19 as of 3/26/2020. All business that occupy the Guangzhou building are required to have their temperature checked upon entering the building

        H: The Houston, TX clinic is closed due to compliance with the city of Houston's Stay Home Work Safe Order. Staffers are working from home processing orders and conducting virtual consultations.         I: Our Arlington, Texas technicians office is open. Due to the Dallas Shelter In Place Order, only two technicians are on staff till April 3

      2. Does it itch?

        Clients only experience itching when its time to get the hair system re-applied (half systems). If you have sensitive skin, we encourage clients to wear a wig cap underneath their hair system. 
      1. Will the adhesive harm my hair follicles and skin? 

        Adhesives are for half hair systems only. Clients can still grow their hair underneath the hair system. Glues and tapes do not change the timing of hair growth. 

      2. Is it human hair?

        Yes, all hair systems are created with 100% European human hair. 

      3. How often is maintenance? 

        Half hair systems use adhesive, we require clients to return every 2-3 months. Tape needs to get adjusted weekly or bi-monthly depending on skin e.g. oily, dry. Full hair systems, treat as you would your normal hair. If you use an adhesive on your full hair system, we ask clients to clean the hairline weekly

      4. How long does a standard system last? 

        Half hair systems 9-12 months. Full hair systems 2 years when properly maintenance.

      5. Do you recommend products if I maintain from home? 

        Half hair systems: Yes, ghost bond platinum glue and Hairskeen hair tape. Both are strong and gentle on the skin. Full hair systems do not require any glues or tapes. Clients are to use what they have at home on hair systems for cleaning and styling. If the hair does not feel the same after cleaning and or styling, please rinse your system with another product.

      6. Will people stare?

        No. Hair systems when applied correctly will look like your natural hair. 

      7. Can I order a hair system online?

      8. What makes a hair system different than a wig? 

        A TCC hair systems are created with European hair strands. They also match your skin complexion, has custom hair texture, custom hair color, custom styling, custom cut, last 2 years for full systems, last 1 year for half systems, and can be treated like real hair every day. You can also change your hair color, hairstyle, and hair texture after your hair system is made. Hair systems can be washed daily, withstand heat daily, and withstand multiple chemical dye applications. 

      9. How long does the hair system last?

        Full hair systems last a minimum of 2 years if properly maintained. Half hair systems (toppers) last 9-12 months with required maintenance every 2-3 months.

      11. Can I select XS, S, M, L cap size instead of providing custom measurements? 

        Yes. Each size is listed on each hair system option. See measurements page for size chart

      12. I haven't started my chemotherapy treatment yet, is it okay to measure my scalp considering I still have hair? 

        Yes. Get as close to your scalp as possible so you have a great fit. We suggest parting your hair the placing the measuring tape on your part. 

      13. How often can I wash my hair system?

        As often as needed however, each hair system has a specific wash schedule. See the product description for wash schedule.  

      14. What activities can I do in my hair system?

        You can partake in all physical activities. Sleeping, running, exercising, intimacy, sports, and swimming. We do not recommend diving. For extra confidence while doing physical activities, please contact us. Please see our client jumping off a 30ft cliff into water with no adhesive HERE

      15. Are hair systems surgical? 

        No. All hair systems are non-surgical.

      16. I'm a male, how can I purchase a TCC Hair System and submit measurements?

        There are two pre-designed male systems - Jesus and Anthony. These are two basic male full and half hair systems.       17. I don't like my hair color, how can I get this fixed?

        All clients can get their hair systems color corrected within 24 hours. Online orders are sent images and videos to confirm hair color is correct. After the 24 hour window, clients will need to reschedule color correction and pay service fee. Please keep this in mind when designing and purchasing your hair system
