TCC Hair Loss Clinic is a AAA class company with high standards in quality and processes. We expect our clients to have the same.
For safety reasons, we do not accept refunds and or exchanges. Clients suffer hair loss for many different reasons. Reasons include lice, ringworm, trichotillomania, folliculitis, psoriasis, and more. Online purchases do not require clients to explain hair loss reasoning and because of this, whether purchased in office or online refunds and exchanges are not accepted. We can however, correct a hair system.

When purchasing, remember you cannot return or exchange your hair system. All clients whether purchased online or in office are under a 2 year warranty. We correct hair color, haircut, scalp (cap) size, skin color, and hair texture if needed.
RETURN FOR REFUND
We do not accept returns or refunds. Please read our Customer Agreement
- All banks are aware of our policy
- All purchases in office have no refund stated on receipts
EXCHANGE IN STORE
We do not accept exchanges. All clients whether purchased online or in office are under a 2 year warranty. We correct hair color, haircut, scalp (cap) size, skin color, and hair texture if needed.
Please note: All products shipped to the company should have insurance for the exact cost. Clients are responsible for all cost if lost or stolen when returning back to TCC Hair Loss Clinic for corrections.
