Once the design process is completed and tracking information has been initiated, orders may no longer be modified. Although we do not accept refunds, we do correct hair systems for clients underneath the 2 year warranty. Clients are to ship hair system back to our office at 2323 S Voss Road 125-A Houston, TX 77057 Please put insurance on shipment for the exact cost.
Due to the nature of the product and reasons why clients design hair systems, we do not offer refunds. Reasons for design/purchase include lice, open sores, and balding to scalp so we are unable to resell purchased items.
